Garza Fairness Hearing
|
The Court shall hold a Final Fairness Hearing to determine: (a) whether the proposed settlement is fair, reasonable and adequate and should be approved by the Court; (b) whether a Final Settlement Order and Judgment, as provided for in the Settlement Agreement, should be entered; and (c) the amount of fees and expenses to be awarded to Class Counsel and the amount to be paid to the Class Representatives.
